Mr. Luvuyo Rani (Managing Director)
Mr. Luvuyo Rani has completed a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Business Administration (Btech Bus. Admin.) and Commercial Education (Btech Education).He has worked for Edcon, a clothing, footwear and textiles retailing group, as a credit controller. Further, he obtained four years of experience as a teacher at Kwamfundo Secondary School, worked at Northlink College as an Entrepreneurship teacher, and at Markinor as a Marketing Researcher. Mr. Luvuyo Rani also studied Associate in Management at the University Of Cape Town Graduate School Of Business. He is currently participating on the VeloCITI programme run by the Bandwidth Barn under the Cape IT Initiative, training and mentoring promising entrepreneurs in the ICT field. Next to his dedication to Silulo Mr. Luvuyo Rani is a former member of the Khayelitsha Business Forum (KBF) Executive Committee and engaged in the function as treasurer.
Mr. Lonwabo Rani (Marketing Director)
Mr. Lonwabo Rani has completed a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering light current and a Btech degree in Project Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Mr. Lonwabo Rani has completed various intensive courses such as Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Marketing, Operations, and Sales at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Further, he has conducted an in-service training at Tellumat (Ltd) Pty, focussing on fault finding in various Private Automated Branch Exchanges (PABX), configuring and setting-up of test equipment for testing of various PABX interface cards, as well as function testing of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). Mr. Lonwabo Rani has developed further technical expertise through conducting fault findings and function testing of business phones as well as mechanical assembly and repairs to phone units, trouble shooting and maintenance of Global System for Mobile (GSM) phones.
He acquired knowledge in creating designs, construction, installations, testing and maintenance of a wide range of complex electronic systems such as optical detectors, and PIC microcontrollers working for South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO). Mr. Lonwabo Rani also worked for Nokia South Africa (exact mobile phones) as a BGA operator fault-finding and trouble shooting all range of Nokia cell phones.
Mr. Sigqibo Phangabantu (Technical Director)
Mr. Phangabantu possesses a systems support (Technician) NQF level 4 qualification and has completed S4 in Electrical Engineering at the Peninsula Technikon, subsequently completing ICDL, A+, N+, MCSA and Project+ qualifications at the IT intellect international training solutions. In 2007, Mr. Sigqibo Phangabantu obtained a Cisco certificate (CCNA) at the Cisco Network Academy at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. In 2008, he has completed a one year Ledibogo Business Partner Development Programme offered by Blueprint Skills Development in conjunction with AXIZ IT Components Distributors. The programme compromised courses on Etrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Finance for Non-financial managers as well as business operations.
Currently, Mr. Sigqibo Phangabantu is Technical Director at Silulo overseeing technical strategies, human resource management for the technical staff, technical policies, hardware and network support solutions, network installations / network management and network administration, network security as well as internet, data and e-mail support systems.
Ms. Nandipha Matshoba
Ms. Nandipha Matshoba has completed her National Diploma in Marketing at the Peninsula Technikon. Subsequently she worked at Sun International’s Grand West Casino as a Dealer-Inspector for seven years. She has also designed and implemented marketing campaigns for small businesses on a voluntary basis covering tasks such as planning advertising campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
Ms. Nandipha Matshoba acts as Administration & Operations Director and oversees administrative issues including accounting and controlling.
